摘　　要：中部槽是刮板输送机中批量最大、最重要的部件。传统中部槽往往采用划线+人工使用钢尺对照样冲孔的组对方式。这种组对方式效率低,并且一致性差,导致中部槽的对接错口量较大,严重影响了中部槽的使用寿命。设计了一种中部槽组对装置,提高了中部槽的组对效率,保证了组对的一致性。The middle trough is the largest quantities and the most important component in scraper conveyor.The traditional middle trough usually adopts the pairing method of marking and manual contrast of punching with steel ruler.This pairing method has low efficiency and poor consistency,results in big butt misalignment of middle trough,which seriously influences the service life of middle trough.A pairing device of middle trough was designed to improve the middle trough pairing efficiency and ensure the consistency of pairing.
