摘  要:根据岩巷的拱状结构,研发了弧形前探梁,建立力学模型,对结构的强度及稳定性进行了计算及校核,证明弧形前探梁的结构在同等条件下承载性、安全性、稳定性更好。运用Pro/E软件进行三维建模,对结构的应力及位移进行了有限元静态模拟分析,结果表明,在承载状态下不会发生屈服破坏及弯曲变形,支护性能良好。现场应用表明,前探梁结构设计科学、合理。According to the arch structure of the rock roadway,the arc support beam was developed,then a mechanical model was constructed to calculate and check the strength and stability of the structure.It is proved that the structure of the arc support beam has better bearing capacity,safety and stability under the same conditions.Pro/E software was used to build the three-dimensional model,the finite element static simulation analysis of stress and displacement of the structure was carried out,the results show that there is good support performance,with out yield failure and bending deformation.The field application shows that the structure design of the support beam is scientific and reasonable.
