摘 要:随着矿井产能提升,李村煤矿2个综采工作面同时出煤时的瞬时出煤量超出主要带式输送机实际输送能力,对南翼上仓斜巷带式输送机造成过载冲击。综合CST、KTC101集控装置控制原理和李村煤矿主运输系统现状,在确保设备运转安全和不影响现有集控系统控制、联锁、操作功能的情况下,在南翼上仓斜巷带式输送机过载前设定一个功率预警值,当功率达到预警值时,CST发出预警信号并通过KTC101集控装置虚拟带式输送机中温度保护与超温自动洒水装置的逻辑关系,形成过载信号的中转传递,将预警停机信号由南翼上仓斜巷带式输送机机尾下位机接点反馈至南翼带式大巷1#带式输送机或1302运输巷带式输送机,彻底消除了南翼上仓斜巷带式输送机过载停机现象及造成的重大安全隐患,实现了主煤流系统集约化安全高效生产。With the increase of mine productivity,when the coal output from two fully mechanized mining faces in Licun coal mine exceeds the actual capacity of the main belt conveyors,which leads to the overload impact to the belt conveyor in the inclined roadway of the upper warehouse on the south wing.Combined with the control principle of CST and KTC101 centralized control device and the status of main transportation system of Licun coal mine,under the condition of ensuring the operation safety of the equipment and not affecting the control,interlock and operation functions of the existing centralized control system,a power warning value was set before the belt conveyor in the inclined roadway of the upper warehouse on the south wing is overloaded.When the power reaches the warning value,CST issues warning signal and through the logic relation between temperature protection and over-temperature automatic watering device in virtual belt conveyor of KTC101 centralized control device,forms the transfer of overload signal,feeds the warning stop signal from the lower machine contact of the tail of the belt conveyor on the south wing to No.1 belt conveyor of belt roadway on the south wing or 1302 belt conveyor of transportation roadway.The phenomenon of overload shut-down of belt conveyor of the upper warehouse on the south wing and the serious hidden danger of safety were completely eliminated,and the intensive safe and efficient production of main coal flow system was realized.
