摘  要:为了杜绝或减少生产调配不合理的状况、保障最大能力生产、解决煤矿在主运输过程中生产调度不智能的问题,基于产量平衡调度生产思路,通过对各条输送带运量与功率的建模分析计算出实时运量,得出运量与功率的关系;分析出未来时间段(精确到秒级)输送带运量是否超限,从而实现提前预警、煤流均衡、输出执行结果,协助调度员对产量进行综合调控;同时采用智能视频分析的方法实现对主运输送带沿线的异物识别,进而提升生产效率,增大经济效益。In order to eliminate or reduce the unreasonable production allocation,ensure the maximum capacity production and solve the problem of intelligent production scheduling in the main transportation process of coal mine,based on the production balance scheduling production idea,the real-time transportation volume was calculated through the modeling and analysis of the transportation volume and power of each conveyor belt,the relationship between traffic volume and power was obtained.Analyzed whether the belt transportation volume exceeds the limit in the future time period(accurate to second level),so as to realize early warning,balance coal flow,output execution results,and assist the dispatcher in comprehensive regulation and control of output.At the same time,the intelligent video analysis method was used to realize the identification of foreign objects along the main conveyor belt,so as to improve the production efficiency and increase the economic benefits.
