香豆素并查尔酮氰离子荧光探针的合成及传感性能研究

摘　　要：合成了以香豆素并查尔酮结构为发光团、共轭的C=C键为反应位点构筑新型氰离子荧光探针1。在DMSO-H_(2)O(v∶v=7∶3)的溶液体系中,利用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱探究了荧光探针1对CN^(-)的刺激响应,当体系中加入CN^(-)后,探针溶液显示出明显的颜色变化,裸眼观察到溶液的颜色由橙色变为黄色,而加入ACO^(-)、H_(2)PO_(4)^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、F^(-)、NO_(3)^(-1)、Cl^(-)、SCN^(-)、I^(-)、Br^(-)后并没有明显的颜色变化,且能在上述阴离子的存在下荧光探针1对CN^(-)具有良好地选择性。另外,依据不同浓度CN与探针1作用的荧光光谱,获得探针1识别CN的最小检出限为0.052μmol·L^(-1)。最后,通过紫外-可见分光光谱、质谱和已有的文献报道合理地预测了探针1与氰离子的作用位点在a位发生取代反应。综上所述,荧光探针1对CN^(-)识别具有高度地选择性和灵敏度,可作为比率型荧光探针裸眼、高效检测案件现场中的CN^(-),在公共安全领域中具有巨大地潜在应用价值。A novel cyanogen fluorescence probe 1 was synthesized using coumarin and chalcone as luminescent group and conjugated C=C bond as reaction site.In the solution system of DMSO-H_(2)O(V∶V=7∶3),the excitation response of fluorescent probe 1 to CN^(-) was investigated by UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra,the color of the solution changed from orange to yellow,but no obvious color change was observed after adding ACO^(-)、H_(2)PO_(4)^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、F^(-)、NO_(3)^(-1)、Cl^(-)、SCN^(-)、I^(-)、Br^(-).The fluorescence probe 1 has good selectivity to CN^(-) in the presence of the anions.In addition,according to the fluorescence spectra of different concentrations of CN^(-)with probe 1,the detection limit of probe 1 for the recognition of CN^(-) is 0.052μmol·L^(-1).Finally,the substitution reaction between probe 1 and cyanide atαsite,which was reasonably predicted by uv-vis spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and literature reports.In summary,fluorescent probe 1 has high selectivity and sensitivity to CN^(-) recognition,and can be used as ratio fluorescent probe to detect CN^(-) effectively in the case site.It has great potential application value in the public security field.
