摘  要:床身是数控内齿强力珩齿机的关键零部件之一,为实现床身质量、一阶固有频率和最大变形量的综合优化,文章提出一种将响应面模型与遗传算法相结合的优化设计方法,对主要设计参数进行中心复合实验设计。在实验设计的基础上,对设计参数进行灵敏度分析并建立响应面模型,利用遗传算法对响应面模型进行优化设计,结合生产工艺确定最佳优化方案。以Y4830CNC为例,采用上述方法对床身进行优化后,床身的一阶固有频率提高了14%,质量减少了6.5%,最大变形量减小了13.26%。该方法为珩齿机床身的优化设计提供了一种思路。The machine bed is one of the key parts of the CNC internal gear power honing machine.In order to realize the comprehensive optimization of the machine bed mass,the first-order natural frequency and the maximum deformation,an optimization design method combining the response surface model and genetic algorithm is proposed.On the basis of the experimental design,the sensitivity analysis of the design parameters is carried out and the response surface model is established.The response surface model is optimized by genetic algorithm and the optimal scheme is determined based on the production process.Taking Y4830CNC as an example,the first-order natural frequency of the optimized bed increases by 14%,the mass is reduced by 6.5%,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 13.26%.It provides an idea for the optimization design of honing machine bed.
