超短波联合中频电治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效及对患者炎症细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超短波联合中频电治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效及其对患者炎症细胞因子水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2021年2月暨南大学附属第一医院东圃分院康复科收治的58例急性踝关节扭伤患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各29例。对照组患者给予超短波治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合中频电治疗,10 d为一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗3个疗程后比较两组患者的疗效,同时比较治疗前、治疗3个疗程后两组患者的疼痛、肿胀评分及炎症因子血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化。结果观察组患者的治疗后的总有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的疼痛、肿胀评分均降低,其中观察组患者的疼痛、肿胀评分分别为(3.12±0.51)分、(7.13±0.98)分,明显低于对照组的(4.89±0.62)分、(12.41±2.02)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、CRP、MDA水平均降低,其中观察组患者的TNF-α、CRP、MDA水平分别为(46.13±4.77)mg/L、(6.02±1.13)mg/L、(2.01±0.41)μmol/L,明显低于对照组的(51.12±5.21)mg/L、(9.02±1.52)mg/L、(3.12±0.65)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SOD较治疗前均升高,且观察组为(49.78±3.19)U/mg,明显高于对照组的(47.52±3.02)U/mg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波联合中频电治疗急性踝关节扭伤可有效缓解患者的疼痛、肿胀症状,调节炎症细胞因子水平,临床应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrashort wave combined with medium frequency electrotherapy on acute ankle sprain and its effect on the level of inflammatory cytokines.Methods Fifty-eight patients with acute ankle sprain treated in the Department of Rehabilitation,Dongpu Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.The samples were randomly divided into observation group and control group according the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ultrashort wave,and the patients in the observation group were treated with medium frequency electrotherapy,for 3 courses.After 3 courses of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were compared,and the scores of pain,swelling,and inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),propylene glycol(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate after treatment of the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 82.76%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain and swelling in the observation group were(3.12±0.51)points and(7.13±0.98)points,significantly lower than(4.89±0.62)points and(12.41±2.02)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,and MDA in the two groups were decreased,and levels in the observation group were(46.13±4.77)mg/L,(6.02±1.13)mg/L,(2.01±0.41)μmol/L,significantly lower than(51.12±5.21)mg/L,(9.02±1.52)mg/L,(3.12±0.65)μmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SOD increased,and the level in the observation group was(49.78±3.19)U/mg,significantly higher than(47.52±3.02)U/mg in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of acute ankle sprain can effectively relieve the pain and swelling symptoms of patients,and regulate the level of inflammatory cytok
