中药热奄包配合闪罐疗法在小儿肺炎治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究中药热奄包配合闪罐疗法在小儿肺炎治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月梅州市中医医院儿科收治的120例小儿肺炎患儿进行研究,按照抽签法分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组患儿采用常规西医治疗,研究组患儿采用中药热奄包配合闪罐疗法治疗。比较两组患儿治疗1周后的临床疗效,治疗后临床症状体征(发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音)消失时间,治疗前及治疗1周后的血清炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)水平及治疗后6个月的复发率。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后的发热、咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音消失时间分别为(3.23±0.50)d、(7.18±0.62)d、(5.19±0.75)d、(5.23±0.85)d,明显快于对照组的(4.61±0.62)d、(9.18±1.19)d、(6.62±0.95)d、(6.70±1.06)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后的CRP水平为(0.60±0.42)mg/L,明显低于对照组的(1.09±0.52)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CPIS评分及治疗后6个月的复发率分别为(4.62±0.85)分,5.00%,明显低于对照组的(6.28±0.91)分,20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包配合闪罐疗法可有效改善小儿肺炎的临床症状,缓解气道阻塞,降低肺感染和复发率,具有良好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with flash cupping therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 patients with pneumonia who received treatment in Department of Pediatrics,Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected for this study.According to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with flash cupping therapy.The clinical efficacy 1 week after treatment,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs(fever,cough,expectoration,pulmonary rales),serum inflammatory factor C-reactive protein(CRP)before treatment and 1 week after treatment,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)level,and recurrence rate at 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.66%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,expectoration,and pulmonary rales in the study group were(3.23±0.50)d,(7.18±0.62)d,(5.19±0.75)d,(5.23±0.85)d,which were significantly lower than(4.61±0.62)d,(9.18±1.19)d,(6.62±0.95)d,(6.70±1.06)d in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP in study group were(0.60±0.42)mg/L,which were significantly lower than(1.09±0.52)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CPIs and the recurrence rate at 6 months after treatment in the study group were(4.62±0.85)points and 5.00%,which was significantly lower than(6.28±0.91)points and 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with flash cupping therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of infantile pneumonia,relieve airway obstruction,and reduce the rate of pulmonary infection and recurrence,which has good clinical
