SBAR沟通模式结合规范护理在新生儿科护理床头交接班中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化沟通模式(SBAR)结合规范性护理在新生儿科护理床头交接班中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6~10月广州市第八人民医院新生儿科收治的70例患儿为研究对象,于2020年8月开始在规范性护理基础上应用SBAR沟通模式,选择实施前的35例患儿纳入对照组,实施后的35例患儿纳入研究组。对照组接受规范性护理,研究组联合实施SBAR沟通模式。比较两组患儿的不良事件和并发症发生情况以及护理人员床头交接满意度情况。交接班满意度采用我院自拟护理人员交接班满意度调查表进行,包括患者信息提供、护理人员工作责任、患者参与程度、交班有效高效度、患者安全5个方面。结果研究组患儿的不良事件和并发症的总发生率为25.71%,明显低于对照组的54.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度方面,研究组护理人员在患者信息提供、护理人员工作责任、患者参与度、交班有效高效度和患者安全方面的得分分别为(27.03±2.34)分、(20.67±2.85)分、(8.14±1.07)分、(8.74±0.65)分、(8.92±0.43)分,明显高于对照组的(24.16±2.48)分、(17.29±2.43)分、(5.74±1.16)分、(6.03±0.84)分、(6.93±0.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿科护理床头交接班应用SBAR沟通模式结合规范性护理能显著提高护理人员工作效率,提升护理人员满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized communication mode(SBAR)combined with standardized nursing in the bedside shift of neonatal nursing.Methods Seventy children in Department of Pediatrics,Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital,Guangzhou Medical University,from June 2020 to October 2020 were selected.In August 2020,SBAR communication mode was applied on the basis of standardized nursing.Thirty-five children before implementation were included into the control group and 35 children after implementation were included into the study group.Children in the control group were treated by standardized nursing,while those in the study group were treated with SBAR communication mode combined with standardized nursing.Adverse events or complications(instrument failure,skin damage,tube loosening,infusion extravasation,hip redness)and satisfaction of bedside handover of nursing staff(including nursing staff's patient information provision,nursing staff's work responsibility,patient participation,efficiency of shift handover,and patient safety)were observed.Results The incidence of adverse events or complications in the study group(25.71%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(54.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the nursing staff's patient information provision,nursing staff's work responsibility,patient participation,efficiency of shift handover,and patient safety in the study group were(27.03±2.34)points,(20.67±2.85)points,(8.14±1.07)points,(8.74±0.65)points,(8.92±0.43)points,significantly higher than(24.16±2.48)points,(17.29±2.43)points,(5.74±1.16)points,(6.03±0.84)points,(6.93±0.57)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode combined with standardized nursing can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff and enhance the satisfaction of nursing staff.
