摘　　要：“十四五”期间乃至今后更长一段时间内,山西煤炭企业在高质量发展、“双碳”等新要求、新目标的背景下,实现转型发展、可持续发展是一项重大的课题。通过简要分析目前山西煤炭企业发展存在的主要问题和面临的发展形势,提出了具体解决路径和措施。During the 14th Five-Year Plan period and for a longer period of time, it is a major issue for Shanxi coal enterprises to achieve transformation and sustainable development under the background of new requirements and goals such as high-quality development and "double carbon". By briefly analyzing the main problems and the development situation facing the development of Shanxi coal enterprises at present, specific solution paths and measures are proposed.
