摘  要:随着油气勘探开发,深井超深井数量逐渐增多,其特点是具有较高的循环温度(BHCT),有时会超过150℃,在高温下水泥浆粒子布朗运动加快,水泥浆粒子之间的黏滞力会被很大程度破坏,此外一些添加剂高温下会有分散行为,水泥浆会发生明显的沉降,浆体稳定性变差,会严重影响固井质量。以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)和腐殖酸钠为原料,合成了一种固井用高温稳定剂J200L,通过评价发现,该产品在高温下有较强的稳定水泥浆的能力,是高温固井不可或缺的一种添加剂产品。With the oil and gas exploration and development, the n umber of deep and ultra deep wells is gradually increasing, which is characterized by high circulating temperature(BHCT), sometimes exceeding 150 ℃. At high temperature, the Brownian motion of cement slurry particles is accelerated, and the viscous force between cement slurry particles will be destroyed to a great extent. In addition, some additives will have dispersion behavior at high temperature, and the cement slurry will have obvious settlement. The deterioration of slurry stability will seriously affect the cementing quality. In this paper, a high temperature stabilizer j200l for cementing was synthesized with2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS), N, N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAM) and sodium humate as raw materials. Through evaluation, it was found that the product has strong ability to stabilize cement slurry at high temperature and is an indispensable additive product for high temperature cementing.
