摘 要:为解决轻钢结构螺栓连接节点现场施工较难定位安装的问题,本文对自攻螺钉连接的组合工字钢钢梁进行了受力性能试验,研究了不同自攻螺钉间距对钢梁极限承载力和挠度变形的影响,分析了组合工字钢在实际设计过程中的抗弯刚度等效系数问题,并采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对试验过程进行了数值模拟分析,分析结果验证了试验的有效性。研究结果表明,自攻螺钉间距对组合工字钢结构钢梁的极限承载力影响不大,而对挠度变形有一定影响,自攻螺钉呈现剪切破坏。To solve the problems that the steel structure housing system meets the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development.Light steel structure has more advantages,such as low weight,simple structure,fast construction speed,and more importantly,low price.As an environment-friendly product,it has been widely used in infrastructure construction.In this paper,the material mechanical properties of combined I-beams are obtained through static test on beams and columns of combined I-beams made of T-section steel connected by tapping screws,providing experimental and theoretical basis for the research of combined I-beam light housing systems.In the experiment,the ABAQUS,a finite element analysis software,was used to simulate its force performance to verify the validity of the model,and then perform parameter analysis on this basis.In this experiment,domestic and foreign light steel structure research results,practical engineering applications,and various patents have been fully referenced,and the basic materials have been selected reasonably to test the beam-column specimens connected by tapping screws and the single frame system.Through data analysis,the load-displacement curve and the failure mechanism of the component is clarified and the influence of various factors on the performance of the test piece is comprehensively analyzed.Then the design method of the light housing systems connected with combined I-beam made of tapping screws and corresponding technical regulations is determined,thus promoting the development of prefabricated light steel structure housing.
