婴儿早期基础保健对婴儿生长发育的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究婴儿早期基础保健对婴儿生长发育影响及临床应用价值。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年1月于医院出生的婴儿共150例,随机分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例)。其中对照组给予常规保健干预,观察组额外给予婴儿早期基础保健干预。观察并比较两组婴儿智力发育情况、身体发育情况、行为能力情况、疾病发生率、营养不良发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组智力发育情况、身长、行为能力情况均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疾病发生率、营养不良发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴儿早期基础保健可提高婴儿智力发育情况、身长、行为能力情况,并降低婴儿疾病发病率,降低婴儿营养不良发生风险,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of early basic health care of newborns on infant growth and its clinical application value.Methods A total of 150 newborns born in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were included and randomly divided into observation group(75 cases)and control group(75 cases).The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given extra early basic health care intervention.Observed and compared the mental development,physical development,behavioral ability,disease incidence,and malnutrition incidence of the two groups of newborns.Results Compared with the control group,the intelligence development,height and behavior ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of disease and malnutrition were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early basic health care for newborns can improve newborns’mental development,height,and behavioral abilities,reduce the incidence of neonatal diseases,and reduce the risk of neonatal malnutrition.It is worthy of widespread application.
