摘 要:目的乙肝病毒血清学检验中采用电化学发光免疫分析技术(electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay,ECLIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)的应用效果对比研究。方法摘选110例2020年3月—2021年3月于医院就诊疑似为乙肝病毒感染的患者,现以随机抽取的方式进行对等分组,A组(n=55)以酶联免疫吸附法进行血清学检验,B组(n=55)采用电化学发光免疫分析技术进行血清学检验,对比两组乙型肝炎检出准确率、灵敏度以及特异度;对比两组乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(hepatitis B virus core antibody,HBcAb)、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(hepatitis B virus surface antibody,HBsAb)、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(hepatitis B virus surface antigen,HBsAg)、乙型肝炎病毒e抗体(hepatitis B virus e antibody,HBeAb)以及乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(hepatitis B virus e antigen,HBeAg)检出结果。结果B组的乙型肝炎检出准确率、灵敏度以及特异度相较于A组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(HBcAb)、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(HBsAb)两项指标阳性检出率相较于A组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但B组的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎病毒e抗体(HBeAb)以及乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)三项指标的阳性检出率相较于A组则明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电化学发光免疫分析技术与酶联免疫吸附试验用于乙型肝炎诊断均可取得良好效果,但前者在乙肝病毒血清学相关指标检验中准确率更高,更有利于患者的病情判断,值得推广。Objective To compare the application effects of electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay(ECLIA)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in hepatitis B virus serological testing.Methods A total of 110 patients who were admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 and suspected of being infected with hepatitis B virus were selected and randomly selected for equal grouping.Group A(n=55)was serologically tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.In group B(n=55),electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay was used for serological test,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of hepatitis B detection were compared between the two groups;hepatitis B virus core antibody(HBcAb),hepatitis B virus surface antibody(HBsAb),hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B virus e antibody(HBeAb)and hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)detection results were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with group A,there were no significant differences in the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of hepatitis B detection in group B(P>0.05).The positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus core antibody(HBcAb)and hepatitis B virus surface antibody(HBsAb)in group B was not significantly different from that in group A(P>0.05).However,the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B virus e antibody(HBeAb)and hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay can achieve good results in the diagnosis of hepatitis B,but the former has a higher accuracy in the detection of hepatitis B virus serological indicators,which is more conducive to the judgment of patients’condition,and is worthy of promotion.
