摘 要:医药卫生体制改革进入了新阶段,随着现代医院管理制度的建立健全,医院竞争的焦点也逐渐转向人才的竞争,人才的引进和自我的培养是医院人才管理工作科学有效开展的重要保证。但考虑到人才培养成本非常高,周期又特别长,所以各大医院往往更加倾向选择人才引进。以人才引进为发展战略,以高层次人才队伍为引领,已成为医院建设的坚实基础和医院发展的重大坐标。目前医院引进高端人才中存在人才引进困难、人才发展的组织支持不够、引进人才的管理不完善的诸多问题,文章总结分析了人才引进机制、激励机制、考核评价机制和保障机制,在领导重视、良好环境、发展平台等4个方面提出了建议,来推动医院实现高质量发展。The healthcare reform has entered a new stage,with the establishment and improvement of the modern hospital management system,the focus of hospital competition has gradually turned to the competition of talents.The introduction and self-cultivation of talents are important guarantee for the scientific and effective development of hospital talent management.However,considering the high cost and long cycle of talent training,hospitals tend to choose the introduction of talents.As the introduction of talents as the development strategy and the guidance of high-level talents,it has become a solid foundation for hospital construction and an important coordinate for hospital development.There are some problems in the process of talent introduction in public hospitals,including difficulties in talent introduction,inadequate organizational support,imperfect management.This paper analyzes the talent introduction mechanism,incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,puts forward some suggestions,such as leadership value,good environment,development platform and so on,to promote the development of hospital to achieve high quality.
