某二甲民营医院限制类医疗技术准入管理困境的思考

摘　　要：医疗技术管理是医院管理的重要内容,限制类医疗技术的管理更是其中的核心部分。2018年11月1日颁布实施的《医疗技术临床应用管理办法》明确规定对限制类医疗技术实施备案管理,医院成为医疗技术临床应用管理的主体。但是,这并不意味着限制类技术的准入变得容易。二级民营医院在发展医疗技术的过程中,因为受到医院级别、人员流动大等原因的制约,限制类医疗技术的准入管理受到了极大的影响,这反过来也制约了医疗技术的发展。文章通过总结某二甲民营医院在限制类医疗技术准入管理的实践,分析了其中存在的困难,从限制类医疗技术管理的外部环境和内部管理方面提出了相应的意见和建议。Medical technology management is an important part of hospital management,and the management of restricted medical technology is the core part.The measures for the administration of clinical application of medical technology promulgated on November 1,2018 clearly stipulates the implementation of record management for restricted medical technology,and hospitals become the main body of clinical application management of medical technology.However,this does not mean that it is easy to restrict the access of technology.In the process of developing medical technology in secondary private hospitals,restricted by hospital level and large flow of personnel,the access management of restricted medical technology has been greatly affected,which in turn restricts the development of medical technology.This paper summarizes the practice of restricted medical technology access management in a private hospital,analyzes the existing difficulties,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions from the external environment and internal management of restricted medical technology management.
