优质护理干预对髋关节置换术患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察探讨对髋关节置换术患者给予优质护理干预的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年6月—2020年12月收治的髋关节置换术患者94例,随机分组为常规组47例给予常规护理,优质组47例给予优质护理,对两组患者治疗后给予不同护理措施效果进行对比。结果优质组护理后VAS评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后优质组Harris评分和关节活动度评分明显提高,且优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组并发症发生率为4.26%明显低于常规组的23.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组护理满意度91.49%明显高于常规组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术患者术前、术后给予优质护理,有利于患者髋关节功能恢复,减轻患者疾病,促进患者康复,提高整体护理满意度。Objective To observe and explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients with hip replacement.Methods A total of 94 patients with hip arthroplasty who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 47 patients in the routine group to receive routine nursing,and 47 patients in the high-quality group to receive high-quality nursing.Compared the effects of different nursing measures after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results The VAS score of the high-quality group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Harris score and joint range of motion score of the high-quality group were significantly improved,and were better than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the high-quality group was 4.26%,which was significantly lower than that in the routine group,which was 23.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the high-quality group was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group 72.34%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing before and after hip replacement is conducive to the recovery of hip joint function,reduce the disease,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
