摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在提高肿瘤患者化疗给药安全中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—6月实施品管圈前在医院进行化疗的60例肿瘤患者(291例次检查)作为对照组,选取2020年7—12月实施品管圈后在我院进行化疗的86例肿瘤患者(1169例次检查)作为观察组;对其临床资料进行对比分析。结果经干预两组治疗配合度、护理质量、生活质量、负面情绪、睡眠质量均得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预后观察组治疗配合度、护理质量、生活质量、负面情绪、睡眠质量均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈用于肿瘤化疗患者可显著提升化疗给药安全性,同时还可缓解患者负面情绪,提升睡眠和生活质量,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle in improving the safety of chemotherapy for cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 tumor patients(291 examinations)who underwent chemotherapy in the hospital before the implementation of the quality control circle from January to June 2020 were selected as the control group,and 86 patients(1169 examinations)who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital after the implementation of the quality control circle from July to December 2020 were selected as the observation group;their clinical data were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment compliance,quality of care,quality of life,negative emotion and quality of sleep were significantly improved in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after intervention,the treatment compliance,quality of care,quality of life,negative emotion and quality of sleep in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circles in cancer chemotherapy patients can significantly improve the safety of chemotherapy administration,and at the same time,it can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve sleep and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
