摘　　要：工程训练中心是工科高等院校不可缺少的极其重要的实践教学基地,承载着为国家培养现代及未来应用型、创新型、创造型人才的重要使命。要完成这些使命,需要具有担当精神和较高业务能力的广大工程训练教育工作者的积极努力和勇敢担当,需要在工程训练中心的目标建设、功能建设、队伍建设、教学体系建设等方面进行深入研究并付诸实践。工程训练中心的使命和工训人的担当决定了工程训练中心建设及未来发展成效。The engineering training center is an indispensable practical teaching base for engineering colleges and universities, which carries the important mission of training modern and future applied, innovative and creative talents for the country. To accomplish these missions, it requires the active efforts and courageous commitment of a broad range of engineering training educators who are both responsible and have high operational capabilities, and it is necessary to study and put into practice the construction of the target, the function, the team and the teaching system of the engineering training center. The mission of the engineering training center and the role of workers and trainers determine the construction and future development of the engineering training center.
