摘　　要：休闲渔业是实现中国渔业转型升级、增加渔民多元化收入的重要途径选择。现阶段,中国休闲渔业总体呈现快速发展的趋势,区域发展差异较大,旅游导向型休闲渔业、休闲垂钓及采集业、钓具钓饵观赏鱼渔药及水族设备产业的产值逐年增加态势明显;尽管淡水休闲渔业主导地位明显、海水休闲渔业发展势头强劲,但中国休闲渔业发展在整体上尚处于规模扩张阶段。“十四五”期间,中国休闲渔业总体将呈现稳定增长态势。加强休闲渔业发展规划管理、加快推进传统捕捞渔民向休闲渔业转产转业和加大对休闲渔业经营主体的培育力度是“十四五”期间中国休闲渔业实现高质量发展的重要政策选项。Recreational fishery is an important choice to realize the transformation and upgrading of fishery and increase the income of fishermen in China.At present recreational fishery in China is developing rapidly while the regional development is quite different and the output value of tourism oriented recreational fishery leisure fishing and gather-ing industry leisure fishing gear and bait ornamental fish medicine and aquarium equipment industry have increased obviously year by year.Alt-hough the dominant position of freshwater recreational fishery is obvious and the development momentum of marine recreational fishery is strong the development of recreational fishery in China is still in the stage of scale expansion now.During the 14th Five Year Plan period China's recreational fishery will be in a steady growth trend.Strengthening the planning and management of recreational fishery accelerating the con-version of traditional fishermen into recreational fishery and increasing the cultivation of recreational fishery operators are the important policy choices to achieve high-quality development of recreational fishery in China during the 14th Five Year Plan.
