摘　　要：澳门作为中国与葡语国家的商贸合作服务平台,在促进中国与葡语国家经贸合作交流方面发挥着重要的作用。澳门特区是一个特殊的微型经济体,本身促进经济增长的各种资源有限,造成其存在发展要素匮乏、产业结构独特、转口外向性明显等独特的微型经济体特征,这些特征在一定程度上也是澳门特区未来经济社会发展需要解决的重要问题。本文梳理了澳门作为中国与葡语国家商贸合作服务平台存在的问题,结合澳门海域划界后带来的新机遇,提出完善澳门平台的相关政策建议。这不仅有利于澳门顺利实现国家赋予的发展定位,对国家推进粤港澳大湾区建设也有积极意义。As a service platform for business cooperation between China and Portuguese speaking countries Macao is playing an increasingly important role in promoting economic and trade cooperation and exchanges between China and Portuguese speaking countries.As a special micro economy Macao SAR has limited resources to promote economic growth resulting in the lack of development factors unique industrial structure obvious re export-oriented and other unique characteristics of micro economy.To some extent these characteristics are also important issues to be solved in the future economic and social development of Macao SAR.This paper combs the existing problems of Macao as a service platform for business cooperation between China and Portuguese speaking countries and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to improve Macao platform combined with the new opportunities brought by Macao maritime delimitation.This is not only conducive to the smooth re-alization of Macao's development orientation given by the state but also has positive significance for the state to promote the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
