摘  要:目的 建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定狼毒二鳖消积汤(瑞香狼毒、木鳖子、鳖甲等)中新狼毒素A、狼毒素、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、三尖杉宁碱、紫杉醇的含量。方法 该药物提取液的分析采用Platisil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相0.05%三氟乙酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、227、290 nm。结果 6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 4),平均加样回收率94.52%~102.08%,RSD 2.05%~4.02%。结论 该方法稳定可靠,可用于狼毒二鳖消积汤的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous content determination of neochamaejasmin A,chamaejasmine,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,cephalomannine,and taxol in Langdu Erbie Xiaoji Decoction(Stellera chamaejasme L.,Momordicae Semen,Trionycis Carapax,etc.).METHODS The analysis of extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Dikma Platisil ODS-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,227,290 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 4),whose average recoveries were 94.52%-102.08% with the RSDs of 2.05%-4.02%.CONCLUSION This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Lang Erbie Xiaoji Decoction.
