摘  要:目的 研究山菅兰Dianella ensifolia根的化学成分及其对OVCaR-3细胞增殖的影响。方法 山菅兰根提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用MTT法测试化合物的体外抗OVCaR-3细胞活性。结果 从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为aquilegiolide(1)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(2)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基己基)酯(3)、2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(4)、yangambin(5)、aquilegiolide(6)、xylariamide(7)、牡荆素(8)、3-(4-羟苯基)-丙酸乙酯(9)、3,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(10)、oxanordentatin(11)、7-羟基香豆素(12)、zederone epoxide(13)、annphenone(14)。化合物7、11对OVCaR-3细胞的IC_(50)值分别为9.14、9.03μg/mL。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物7、11可抑制OVCaR-3细胞增殖。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Dianella ensifolia(L.)DC.and their effects on OVCaR-3 cell proliferation.METHODS The extract from the roots of D.ensifolia was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The anti-OVCAR-3 cell activities in vitro of the compounds were determined by MTT assay.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as aquilegiolide(1),diisobutyl phthalate(2),di-2-ethylhexylphthalate(3),2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(4),yangambin(5),aquilegiolide(6),xylariamide(7),vitexin(8),3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionic acid ethylester(9),3,4′-dihydroxy-5-methoxydibenzyl(10),oxanordentatin(11),7-hydroxycoumarin(12),zederone epoxide(13),annphenone(14).The IC_(50) values of compounds 7 and 11 were 9.14,9.03 μg/mL on OVCAR-3 cells,respectively.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 7 and 11 can inhibit OVCaR-3 cell proliferation.
