摘 要:目的 研究枸骨Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Paxt叶的化学成分及其抗骨髓炎活性。方法 枸骨叶90%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用Griess法测试化合物抗骨髓炎活性。结果 从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为二十四烷酸(1)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基己基)酯(2)、selaginellin(3)、对香豆酸甲酯(4)、isobonein(5)、bonducellin(6)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(7)、没食子酸-3-甲基醚(8)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(9)、isoagatholal(10)、对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(11)、neocaesalpin L(12)、cassipourol(13)、leeaoside(14)。化合物5、6、13可不同程度地减少骨髓NO释放量。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,枸骨叶可能具有潜在的抗骨髓炎活性。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Paxt and their anti-osteomyelitis activity.METHODS The 90% ethanol extract from the leaves of I.cornuta was purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The anti-osteomyelitis activity of the compounds was tested by Griess method.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as xxivacid(1),di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate(2),selaginellin(3),methyl p-coumarate(4),isobonein(5),bonducellin(6),p-hydroxy benzoic acid ethyl ester(7),gallic acid-3-methyl ether(8),phthalate butyl ester(9),isoagatholal(10),ethyl p-hydroxycinnamte(11),neocaesalpin L(12),cassipourol(13),leeaoside(14).Compounds 5-6 and 13 could reduce NO release in bone marrow to different degrees.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.The leaves of I.cornuta may have potential anti-osteomyelitis activity.
