摘  要:某超限高层酒店塔楼采用了框架-核心筒结构体系,大屋面结构高度为193.5m,属于B级高度超限高层建筑。以此超限高层建筑为研究对象,通过MIDAS Building软件对其进行动力弹塑性时程模拟,分析了罕遇地震下的结构响应、剪力墙的应变等级和框架的塑性铰分布,并对钢管混凝土叠合柱进行补充计算。结果表明,该超限高层建筑满足性能目标的要求。最后,针对结构局部薄弱处提出加强措施,为其他类似工程提供参考。The over-limit tall hotel adopts the frame-core tube structure system.The height of the building is193.5 m.The hotel is the B-class height over-limit tall building.Taking the over-limit tall building as the research object,the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis was carried out by MIDAS Building software.The structural response,strain grade of shear wall and plastic joint distribution of the frame under rare earthquake were analyzed.The supplementary calculation was made for the concrete-filled steel tubular composite column.The result shows that the over-limit tall building meets the requirements of performance targets.In the end,the strengthening measures are put forward for the weak parts of the structure,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
