摘  要:盐城体育中心游泳馆主体为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构,上部为钢结构桁架屋盖,并通过成品支座与混凝土柱铰接连接。针对结构体系和施工难点,提出了将屋盖桁架体系分为3个区块依次吊装的施工方案流程,并对出现的最不利吊装工况和各区块吊装工况进行了安全性验算;同时利用有限元分析软件MIDAS Gen,对桁架的起吊、翻身、施工过程进行了模拟验证。结果表明,将桁架体系分为3个区块依次进行吊装的施工方案有效可行;考虑吊索吊具和扁担梁的重量,在最不利吊装工况下吊装余量可达27%,满足吊装需要;桁架在起吊、翻身、施工过程中结构变形、挠度和杆件应力变化均在合理范围,可保证施工安全的要求。The main body of the Yancheng Sports Center Natatorium is reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure,and its upper part is steel truss roof,which is hinged with concrete columns through finished supports.Combined with the structural system and construction difficulties,the construction scheme flow of lifting truss system was proposed,which was divided into three blocks in sequence.At the same time,the safety of the most unfavorable hoisting conditions and the hoisting conditions of each block were checked.The construction simulation verification of truss lifting,turning over and assembling was carried out by using the finite element analysis software Midas gen.The results showed that the construction scheme of the truss system to divide the truss system into three blocks in sequence was effective and feasible;considering the weight of sling spreader and pole beam,the lifting allowance can reach 27% under the most unfavorable hoisting conditions,which would meet the hoisting requirements;the structural deformation,deflection and stress of the members were all in a reasonable range during the lifting,turning over and construction process,which can ensure the requirements of construction safety.
