摘  要:为了减少LNG全容储罐预冷模拟试验研究的成本,通过仿真软件对LNG全容储罐预冷过程进行模拟分析。基于Python语言开发出大型LNG全容储罐预冷仿真分析系统,将预冷相关的技术、行业经验与仿真流程封装成模板,使用者仅需输入相应参数,程序模板自动执行仿真计算,即可得到预冷过程的仿真结果,降低了仿真使用门槛,缩短了预冷效果的分析校核时间和周期,提升了预冷效率和预冷可靠性。预冷仿真可以得到各监控点的温度数据。通过实际预冷过程将监测温降曲线与模拟结果进行对比,确认相对误差为5%,预冷仿真分析系统设置和计算的CFD模拟结果可靠。In order to reduce the cost of pre-cooling simulation test research,simulation analysis on the tank pre-cooling process is carried out using simulation software.In this paper,the pre-cooling simulation analysis system for large scale full containment LNG storage tank is developed based on Python language.The developed pre-cooling simulation analysis system can incorporate the related technologies,engineering experience and simulation process into a template.Upon the input of corresponding parameters by users,program template will automatically performs the simulation calculation to get the simulation results of pre-cooling.This approach lowers the simulation threshold,shortens the analysis and verification time frame and cycle time of the pre-cooling effect,and improves pre-cooling efficiency and reliability.At the same time,the pre-cooling simulation can obtain the real time temperature data of each monitoring point as well.By comparing the actual pre-cooling process monitoring temperature drop curve with the simulation results,it is confirmed that the relative error is 5%,and the pre-cooling simulation analysis system settings and calculated CFD simulation results are reliable.
