摘 要:为解决天然气净化厂尾气脱硫工艺中产生的树脂再生废液有机物含量高、可生化性差的问题,采用电催化氧化+生化氧化组合工艺,得到电催化氧化系统最优工艺参数在反应时间2 h、pH 3~5、10%双氧水投加量8.75 mL/ L、电流密度10 mA/ cm^(2)时,化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)的去除率可达到53.2%,生化需氧量(Biochemical Oxygen Demand,BOD)与COD比值从0.05提高至0.21;经生化氧化工艺处理后COD去除率可稳定在50%,出水COD和总氮浓度分别可降至200 mg/ L、50 mg/ L以内,产水符合纳管标准。研究结果可为天然气净化厂处理有机胺废水提供借鉴。The resin regeneration waste liquid produced in the tail gas desulfurization process of natural gas purification plants has the characteristics of high organic content and poor biodegradability.In this paper,the integrated process of “electrocatalytic oxidation and biochemical oxidation” was investigated.The optimal process parameters of the electrocatalytic oxidation system were determined as that the reaction time was 2 h,pH was 3~5,the dosage of 10% hydrogen peroxide 8.75 mL/ L,current density 10 mA/ cm^(2).Under the optimal operating conditions,the COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand) removal rate can reach 53.2%,and the BOD(Biochemical Oxygen Demand)/ COD ratio can be increased from 0.05 to 0.21.InAfter the biochemical oxidation process,the COD removal rate can be kept at 50%,and the effluent concentration of chemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen can be reduced to within 200 mg/ L and 50 mg/ L respectively,which meets the management standards.The study can provide reference for the treatment of organic amine wastewater in natural gas purification plants.
