摘　　要：福州闽都古街是中国历史主题公园的发展雏形,其体验式旅游运作具有“闽都文化主题+仿真角色扮演+虚实布景结合+商业旅游互动”的模式特征。由于长远利益和文化价值未受到重视、体验设计的浅层性,以及所属商圈的衰落,闽都古街项目以失败告终。它的经营经验对全国历史街区文旅产业的发展、新时代闽商创新创业具有重要的启发意义。Mindu Ancient Streetof Fuzhou is the embryonic form of China's historical theme park.Its experience tourism mode has the obvious characteristics of“Mindu cultural theme+simulation role playing+combination of virtual and real scenery+interaction between business and Tourism”.Due to the ignorance of its long-term interests and cultural value,the shallow nature of its experience design,as well as the decline of its business district,the project has fallen quietly.Its management experience has a strong reference value for the development of national historical district's cultural tourism industry and promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship of Fujian businessmen in the new era.
