251例溃疡性结肠炎患者出生时五运六气特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者出生日期五运六气分布与疾病的关联性。方法:根据251例溃疡性结肠炎患者(病例组)出生日期推算五运六气分布,并与同时期慢性肠病患者251例(对照组)出生日期五运六气分布特点相比较,运用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果:病例组与对照组患者出生时五运六气分布中主气、客气分布存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主气因素主要为阳明燥金区段,客气因素主要为太阳寒水区段;司天-在泉两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但根据组内分布比例及调整后残差值比较,病例组司天-在泉影响因素主要为太阳寒水-太阴湿土。结论:提示溃疡性结肠炎患者相对于同时期慢性肠病患者五运六气分布存在特异性,患者出生时主气、客气、司天-在泉中太阳寒水-太阴湿土分布均对溃疡性结肠炎发病存在影响。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the distribution of five movements and six climates in patients with ulcerative colitis on the date of birth and the disease.Methods:The distribution of five movements and six climates was calculated according to the birth date of 251 patients with ulcerative colitis(case group),and compared with the distribution characteristics of five movements and six climates of 251 patients with chronic bowel disease(control group)in the same period.Chi square test was used for statistical analysis.Results:There were differences in the distribution of dominant Qi and guest Qi in the distribution of five movements and six climates at birth between the case group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dominant Qi factors were mainly in Yangming-dry-golden section,and the guest Qi factors were mainly in Taiyang-cold-water section.There was no significant difference between the controlling heaven(司天)group and terrestrial effect(在泉)group(P>0.05).However,according to the distribution ratio within the group and the comparison of the adjusted residual values,the main influencing factors of controlling heaven-terrestrial effect in the case group were Taiyang-cold-water and Taiyin-wet-soil.Conclusion:It suggests that there is specificity in the distribution of five movements and six climates in patients with ulcerative colitis compared with patients with chronic bowel disease in the same period.The distribution of dominant Qi,guest Qi,Taiyang-cold-water and Taiyin-wet-soil of controlling heaven-terrestrial effect at birth all have influence on the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.
