加减阳和汤联合艾灸中医护理对结直肠癌术后应用mFOLFOX6化疗患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减阳和汤联合艾灸中医护理对结直肠癌术后应用m FOLFOX6化疗患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例结直肠癌术后患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予化疗的同时加常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上再给予加减阳和汤联合艾灸中医特色护理。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分、化疗不良反应发生率、护理满意度、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD)评分。结果:观察组临床疗效控制率、中医证候疗效总有效率、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、肢端麻木发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医证候评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于结直肠癌术后应用m FOLFOX6化疗的患者,配合加减阳和汤联合艾灸中医护理,其治疗效果更好,化疗不良反应发生率更低,患者满意度更高。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Yanghe Decoction combined with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with colorectal cancer who received m FOLFOX6chemotherapy after operation. Methods: A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer after operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given chemotherapy and routine nursing at the same time, and the observation group was given modified Yanghe Decoction combined with moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing care on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMA) score and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMD) score of the two groups were observed. Results: The clinical curative effect control rate, total effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effect and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidences of bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, and extremity numbness were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with colorectal cancer treated with m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy after operation, combined with modified Yanghe Decoction combined with moxibustion, the treatment effect is better, the incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy is lower, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
