摘　　要：通过分析与慢性肾脏病研究相关的细胞实验、动物实验和临床应用的文献,总结天然产物(多酚类、萜类、黄酮类)和中药治疗慢性肾脏病的药理作用和机制。中药可以通过抗氧化、抗炎、抑制肾纤维化、改善肾功能、保护肾脏、免疫调节作用等多种途径治疗慢性肾脏病。The pharmacological effects and mechanisms of natural products(polyphenols, terpenoids and flavonoids) and traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of chronic kidney disease were summarized by analyzing recent literatures related to chronic kidney disease research on cell experiments, animal experiments and clinical applications. It was suggested that these traditional Chinese medicines can improve chronic kidney disease in various ways such as antioxidant effects, anti-inflammatory effects, inhibition of renal fibrosis,improvement of renal function, protection of the kidneys and immune regulation effects.
