摘  要:本文以朋辈教育为理念,以江西农业大学南昌商学院的教学实践为例,探讨了朋辈教育模式在大学英语自主学习中的应用。笔者所在院校通过创新大学英语自主学习体系,成立外语学习指导部,实行外语学习指导员制度,提倡全员背诵和英文报刊翻译,以期促进大学生英语自主学习和语言实际运用能力的发展,从而更进一步地深化大学英语改革,为建立行之有效的大学英语教学体系提供参考。Based on the theory of compeer education,this article discusses the application of compeer education mode in the autonomous learning of college English in the case of teaching practice at Nanchang Business College of Jiangxi Agricultural University.The author’s college has established the department of foreign language learning guidance by innovating the system of college English autonomous learning and has implemented a system of foreign language learning instructor,which encourages the recitation and translation of English newspapers to all students.These measures aim at promoting the development of college students’ ability of autonomous English learning and the practical use of language,and further deepening the reform of college English to provide a reference for establishing an effective system of college English teaching.
