摘　　要：为研究某区域“互联网+护理服务”平台应用情况,运用统计分析、半结构式访谈、二次资料利用、文献研究等方法对样本区网约护理服务平台基本运行情况、用户选择倾向性、满意度进行分析。研究结果显示,样本区“互联网+护理服务”用户满意度高,服务总体偏向风险小易操作项目;用户选择康复护理、母婴护理、居家护理为主,简单项目倾向选择基层社区卫生服务中心,复杂项目倾向选择二、三级医院。为有效促进“互联网+护理服务”健康持续发展,需要政府、医疗机构等部门健全服务项目费用支付体系,进一步优化服务流程。This paper studied the application of“Internet + Nursing Service”platform in a certain area. By means of statistical analyses,semi-structured interview,secondary data and literature review,the basic operation,user selection preference and satisfaction of the network-based nursing service platform in the sampled area were analyzed. The results showed that the users of“Internet + Nursing Service”in the sampled area were highly satisfied with the service. The service items mostly used were those easy to be operated with little risk, i.e. rehabilitation care, maternal and infant care and home care. Users preferred to choose community health centers for simple service items,and choose second-level and tertiary hospitals for complex items. In order to effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of“Internet + Nursing Service”,it is necessary for the government,medical institutions and other relevant departments to further improve the payment system of service items and optimize service procedures.
