摘  要:货厢面板是解决商用车减重问题的有效途径,但缺乏有效的优化手段。通过对某轻型厢式货车货厢面板材料的对比和甄选,选用新型热塑性蜂窝板,并对其结构进行了优化设计,产品性能满足整车应用需求,减重率>60%,且成本无显著提升,具有良好的轻量化效果。The lightweight of container panels is an effectual approach to reduce the weight of commercial vehicle,yet there is short of an effective optimization measure.By comparison and selection of the container panel materials,a new thermoplastic honeycomb panel has been selected,and its structure is optimized.The results show that the performance of this product meets application requirement of vehicle,and the weight is reduced by over 60%,with no obvious increase of cost,and a good lightweight effect is achieved.
