摘　　要：通过选用合适的油漆体系,调整油漆配方、优化喷涂工艺,完成一涂高光且带有珠光效果的油漆样板和零件开发及性能验证,实现了一涂方案外观效果与二涂方案无明显差异,并解决了在零件开发过程中出现的麻点、抛光印等问题,最终实现了在满足性能要求的前提下,开发出可量产的汽车内饰零件,实现了工艺的简化与生产成本的降低。The development and performance verification of a high gloss and pearlescent paint template and parts are completed by selecting the appropriate paint system,adjusting the paint formula and optimizing the spraying process,it is observed that there is no obvious difference between the appearance effect of the one-coating painting scheme and the two-coating painting scheme,and the problems of pitting,polishing printing in the process of part development are solved.Finally,on the premise of meeting the performance requirements,the automotive interior parts which can be put into mass production are developed,and the process is simplified and the production cost is reduced.
