摘　　要：热烫印装饰技术能满足汽车内外饰零件美观、环保、多元化的需求,本文介绍了热烫印装饰技术在汽车内外饰的应用趋势,提出了新型热烫印-清漆汽车格栅技术方案,根据基本原理以及实际经验多方面分析其工艺可行性以及性能提升方案,并通过材料选择、技术要点分析、零件产品性能验证等方面得出该项技术的设计准则。此方案的成功应用为以后类似的外观实现方案设计提供相关经验。Hot stamping decoration technology can satisfy requirement of auto interior parts on artistic appearance,environmental protection and diversification.This paper introduces the application trend of hot stamping decoration technology in automobile interior and exterior parts,proposes a new hot stamping-clear lacquer technology,analyzes feasibility of this process and performance promotion scheme according to the basic principle and practical experience,and concludes the design criteria of this technology through material selection,key technical point analysis,part performance verification,etc.The successful application of this scheme provides relevant experience for scheme design of similar parts appearance in the future.
