摘  要:鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田和东胜气田单井建产模式建产周期长、投资成本高、经济有效开发难度逐年增大。为了有效降低建产投资、提高建产效率,借鉴“地质工程一体化”低成本开发理念,以大牛地气田和东胜气田所部署丛式井组为研究对象,分析了水平井组、定向井组和混合井组部署模式相适应的工厂化压裂作业模式。研究结果表明:(1)“顺序式”和“拉链式”工厂化作业模式能够提高不同井组的施工效率;(2)一体化在线混配压裂技术能有效解决丛式井组压裂施工用液量大、用液速度快的难题;(3)丛式井组部署和工厂化压裂能有效缩短建井周期和作业成本,提高改造效果。结论认为:大牛地气田和东胜气田采用“水平井”“定向井”和“定向井+水平井”3种混合井组部署模式和工厂化压裂施工,能够有效提高天然气储量动用率、缩短建井周期、降低建产投资,是实现强非均质性致密低渗透气藏效益开发的必由之路。In Daniudi and Dongsheng gasfields,Ordos Basin,the single-well productivity construction mode needs long cycle and large investment;moreover,its cost-effective development gets more and more difficult year by year.In order to reduce construction investment effectively and improve its efficiency,some cluster wells deployed in these two gasfields were taken as objectives to develop several factory-like fracturing modes suitable for horizontal wells,directional wells,and combined horizontal+vertical wells according to the low-cost concept of"geology-engineering integration".Results show that(1)not only"sequential type"but also"zipper type"factorylike modes can improve the construction efficiency in different wells;(2)the integrated online mixing and fracturing technology can effectively solve the problems of large liquid volume and fast consumption during fracturing in these cluster wells;and(3)the cluster-well deployment and factory-like fracturing can effectively shorten construction cycle,reduce operation cost,and improve stimulation effect.In conclusion,three deployment modes of"horizontal well","directional well",and combined"directional well+horizontal well",as well as factory-like fracturing adopted in Daniudi and Dongsheng gasfields can effectively improve reserve producing rate,shorten construction cycle,and reduce construction investment,which are inevitable to realize the benefit development in tight low-permeability gas reservoirs with strong heterogeneity.
