社会治理视角下社区文化构建探究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的发展,人民美好生活需要日益增强。社区文化直接影响社区治理的成效,社区治理的目的是满足社区居民的需求,也是我国社会治理创新的抓手和基石。党中央一再提出,要改进社会治理方式,实现政府治理和社会自我调节、居民自治良性互动。基于此,本文以社会有效治理为视角,从社区文化的内涵和建设内容出发,归纳和分析当前社区文化建设中存在的问题和原因,进而尝试性地提出社区文化建设的可行性路径。With the development of China′s economy and society, people have an increasing need for a better life. Since community culture directly affects the effectiveness of community governance, and the purpose of community governance is to meet the needs of community residents, which is also the starting point and cornerstone of China′s social governance innovation, the Party Central Committee has repeatedly proposed to improve the way of social governance and realize the positive interactions between government governance and social self-regulation and residents′ autonomous governance. Based on this, from the perspective of effective social governance, starting from the connotation and construction content of community culture, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the current community culture construction, and then tries to put forward the feasible path of community culture construction.
