摘 要:英国宗教哲学家约翰·希克的宗教多元论认为,世界诸宗教所崇拜的不同神圣者,乃是同一个超越的终极实在对诸宗教信徒的宗教实践的回应。但希克多元论的核心——超越的终极实在,它是否足以满足这个定义,并扮演宗教多元对话的基础,是值得反思的。从希克的这种实在思想入手,可辨析它的思想效应与得失,并从中得出宗教多元对话的新可能性。The religious pluralism of British philosopher John Hick says that the differed divinities worshipped by different believers of world religions are responses to the same transcendental reality from different believers’ religious practices. However, the essay doubted whether the transcendental reality—the key ideal of Hick’s theory—could satisfy its definition and fulfill its task as the foundation of pluralistic communication between world religions. This article will study Hick’s realism which produces the ideal of transcendental reality, as well as its ideological effects and results. Hence, new possibilities of religious pluralism might be found in the inquiry.
