淮南花家湖轮虫群落结构特征及季节变化

摘　　要：为研究淮河流域生态系统特性,在淮南花家湖设置3个轮虫采样点,于2017年9月至2018年8月进行4个季度的样品采集,并进行样品物种鉴定和群落结构分析。结果表明,检测到的轮虫共计7属,其中秋季的生物量最大,其次为春季和夏季,冬季生物量最小。4个季节中,晶囊轮属生物量最多。春季的优势物种种类数最多,秋冬次之,夏季的优势物种种类数最低。花家湖轮虫多样性指数年均值为1.85,均匀度指数年均值为0.67。多样性指数和均匀度指数呈现出一致的季节性规律,从高到低依次为春季、冬季、秋季和夏季。In order to study the ecological characteristics of Huaihe River Basin,three sampling points for collecting rotifers were set up in Huajia Lake in Huainan City.From September 2017 to August 2018,samples were collected and subjected to species identification and community structure analysis in four seasons.The results showed that there were 7 genera of planktons detected In the four seasons,the biomass was the largest in autumn,followed by spring and summer,and was the lowest in winter.Among the 7 genera of planktons,the biomass of Chrysosporium was the largest.The number of dominant species was the most in spring,followed by autumn and winter,then the low⁃est in summer.The average annual value of Huajia Lake Rotifer’Shannon-Wiener Index was 1.85 and the average annual value of the Pielou Index was 0.67.The Shannon-Wiener Index and the Pielou Index showed consistent sea⁃sonality,from high to low in spring,winter,autumn and summer.
