摘 要:针对坦克炮驻退机节制环磨损故障规律,提出一种磨损状态评估方法。对坦克炮驻退机节制环磨损状态-非磨损状态进行对比分析,采用模拟仿真获取节制环不同磨损状态下的后坐、复进参数;分析对比特性参数的变化规律,找出节制环磨损状态与后坐复进参数的对比关系,得出特征变化规律。仿真结果表明,该方法能为实时了解驻退机技术状态奠定基础。According to the wear fault law of the throttle ring in the recoil mechanism of tank gun, a wear condition evaluation method is proposed. The wear state and non-wear state of the throttle ring in the recoil mechanism of the tank gun were compared and analyzed, and the recoil and counter-recoil parameters of the throttle ring in different wear States were obtained by simulation;the variation law of the characteristic parameters was analyzed and compared to find out the contrast relationship between the wear state of the throttle ring and the counter-recoil parameters, and the characteristic variation law was obtained. The simulation results show that the method lays a foundation for real-time understanding of the technical status of the recoil mechanism.
