摘  要:针对转炉透气砖供气强度小,炉役后期溅渣护炉易堵塞的情况,结合某钢厂实际情况,开发了一种新型的“中心管+环管”底吹供气元件,通过设计计算确定“中心管”内径7 mm,“环管”缝隙1 mm,确定了合理的底吹布置结构;通过试验研究确定180 t转炉合理的底吹元件为6个,选取炉底0.4 D~0.6 D范围内不同位置布置,满足了转炉大流量底吹要求,底吹强度由0.03 m^(3)/(min·t)提高到0.17 m^(3)/(min·t),大幅提高了熔池钢水搅拌强度,碳氧积小于0.002 0,有效地促进炼钢碳氧反应的进行。该研究为复吹转炉生产高质量钢种的冶金工艺提供了重要参考依据。Aiming at the situation that the converter breathable brick has low gas supply strength and is easy to be blocked by slag splash in the later period of furnace service, combined with the actual situation of a steel mill, this paper develops a new type of “central pipe+ring pipe” bottom blowing gas supply element, and determines the inner diameter of the“central pipe”through design calculations 7 mm, the“ring pipe” gap is 1 mm, the reasonable bottom blowing layout structure is determined, and the reasonable bottom blowing components of the 180 t converter are determined through experimental research. The selection of different positions in the bottom of the furnace within the range of 0.4D to 0.6D meets the requirements of the converter. Large flow bottom blowing is required. The bottom blowing strength is increased from 0.03 m^(3)/(min·t) to 0.17 m^(3)/(min·t), which greatly improves the stirring strength of molten steel in the molten pool. The carbon-oxygen equilibrium is less than 0.002 0. The research provides an important reference basis for the metallurgical process for the production of high-quality steel in the combined blown converter.
