摘　　要：以国内某大型钢铁企业300 t的脱硫铁水罐为研究对象,探讨在其他生产条件基本不变的情况下,对比KR法的脱硫剂选取单一的CaO脱硫剂和选取复合脱硫剂的差异。通过对比分析与实验具体数据可知,采用CaO+Mg复合脱硫剂,不仅脱硫效果变强,而且还节约了反应时间。Taking the 300 t desulfurization hot metal tank of a large domestic iron and steel enterprise as the research object, this paper discusses the difference between single CaO desulfurizer and composite desulfurizer in KR method under the condition that other production conditions are basically unchanged. Through comparative analysis and experimental data, it can be seen that using CaO+Mg composite desulfurizer can not only strengthen the desulfurization effect, but also save the reaction time.
