摘  要:针对钢板DWTT不合格及钢板质量无法满足交货要求的问题,依托超快速冷却系统,通过采取成分调整、轧制工艺优化、冷却规程设计等措施,成功开发出满足市场需求的高强高韧性管线钢,解决了现存难题,实现了顺利交货,为后续管线钢的开发积累了经验。In view of the problems that the DWTT of steel plate is unqualified and the quality of steel plate can not meet the delivery requirements, relying on the ultra fast cooling system, the high-strength and high toughness pipeline steel meeting the market demand is successfully developed by taking measures such as composition adjustment, rolling process optimization and cooling schedule design, which solves the existing problems, realizes smooth delivery, and accumulates experience for the subsequent development of pipeline steel.
