摘 要:铝电解炭素阳极时,炭素阳极容易在高温下发生氧化反应,造成炭素阳极的消耗量极大,生产成本较高。针对这一情况,研制了一种用于铝电解炭素阳极用防氧化保护涂层。其配方核心物料及加入量为:黏结剂为钠水玻璃,10%;填料方案:氧化铝粉75%~78%,非晶石英粉20%,铝粉3%~5%;防腐蚀试剂为氟化铝,10%。试验结果表明:该涂层的高温防氧化性和抗氟化物腐蚀性较好,能有效实现对于炭素阳极的保护。When aluminum electrolysis is given for carbon anode, carbon anode is easy to oxidize at high temperature,resulting in great consumption of carbon anode and high production cost. In view of this situation, an anti-oxidation protective coating for carbon anode in aluminum electrolysis was developed. The core material and dosage of the formula are as follows: the binder is sodium silicate, 10%. Filler scheme: aluminum oxide powder 75%~78%, amorphous quartz powder 20%, aluminum powder 3%~5%. The anti-corrosion reagent is aluminum fluoride, 10%. The test results show that the coating has good high temperature oxidation resistance and fluoride corrosion resistance, and can effectively protect the carbon anode.
