摘  要:主要介绍了基于提产增效的棒材机械设备技术创新研究实践。通过实施切分螺纹钢成品孔型机械系统技术改造、导卫机械系统改进、精整收集机械设备系统优化等稳定螺纹钢负差收得率,实现提产增效,提升产品的市场竞争力。This paper mainly introduces the research and practice of technological innovation of bar machinery and equipment based on increasing production and efficiency. Through the implementation of the technical transformation of the pass mechanical system for cutting the finished deformed steel bar, the improvement of the guide mechanical system, and the optimization of the finishing collection mechanical equipment system, the negative difference yield of the deformed steel bar is stabilized, the production and efficiency are increased, and the market competitiveness of the products is improved.
