摘  要:为研究厚煤层分层开采时下分层回采巷道合理布置问题,以首山一矿己15-17-12062工作面为工程研究背景,理论分析了下分层工作面回采巷道变形破坏特征,并对比分析了下分层巷道垂直、内错、外错三种不同布置方式的优缺点,并确定在该矿下分层工作面采用内错式布置巷道。通过数值模拟软件对不同内错距条件下的下分层巷道围岩演化规律进行研究,确定合理的内错距为10 m。现场应用结果表明,己15-17-12062风巷顶底板收缩量最大138 mm,两帮收缩量最大111 mm,说明巷道围岩稳定性较好,对于类似条件下进行下分层回采巷道合理布置具有技术参考。In order to study the reasonable layout of lower layered mining roadway in layered mining of thick coal seam, taking the Ji 15-17-12062 working face of Shoushan No.1 coal mine as the engineering research background,the deformation and failure characteristics of lower layered working face are theoretically analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of three different layout modes of lower layered roadway vertical, internal and external dislocation are compared and analyzed. It is determined that the inner staggered roadway is adopted in the layered working face under the mine. The evolution law of surrounding rock of lower layered roadway under different internal offset conditions is studied by numerical simulation software, and the reasonable internal offset is determined to be 10 m. The field application results show that the maximum shrinkage of the roof and floor of Ji 15-17-12062 air roadway is 138 mm,and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides is 111 mm, indicating that the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway is good, which has a technical reference for the rational layout of the lower layered mining roadway under similar conditions.
