摘 要:针对常规布置的热轧窄带钢生产线只能生产窄带钢,不能兼顾生产H型钢翼缘板的情况,通过对现有热轧窄带钢生产线进行改造,使其能同时生产窄带钢和H型钢翼缘板,并对国内某钢厂热轧窄带钢生产线改造工艺路线和设备配置进行了详细阐述,为现有窄带钢生产线进行技改提供可行性方案。The conventional hot-rolled narrow-band steel production line can only produce narrow-band steel, which cannot give consideration to the production of H-shaped steel flange plate. Through the transformation of the existing narrow-band steel production line, it can produce narrow-band steel and H-shaped steel flange plate at the same time. In this paper, the transformation process route and equipment configuration of the hot-rolled narrow-band steel production line in a domestic steel plant are described, which provides a feasible scheme for the technical transformation of the existing narrow-band steel production line.
