摘　　要：通过对影响烧结返矿率的因素进行分析,从降低漏风率、强化工艺管控、规范岗位操作标准以及设备设施优化方面进行了调整,使陕钢汉钢烧结厂返矿率从30.86%下降为22.92%。Through the analysis of the factors affecting the sintering return rate, the adjustment was made from the aspects of reducing air leakage rate, strengthening process management and control, standardizing post operation standards and optimizing equipment and facilities, which reduced the return rate from 30.86% to 22.92%.
